Mizzou Men’s Basketball Coach Cuonzo Martin

Cuonzo Martin is the head coach of the University of Missouri’s men’s basketball team.

 

Mizzou Women’s Basketball Coach Robin Pingeton

Robin Pingeton is the head coach of the University of Missouri’s women’s basketball team.

 

Kinda Funny Co-Founder Greg Miller

Greg Miller, also known as @GameOverGreggy, co-founded Kinda Funny through a very successful Kickstarter campaign. He graduated from the Missouri School of Journalism in 2005.

 

Grammy Award-Winning Singer and Songwriter Sheryl Crow

Sheryl Crow is a nine-time Grammy Award-winning artist and has sold more than 50 million albums worldwide.

 

Mizzou Head Football Coach Eli Drinkwitz

Eli Drinkwitz was named as Mizzou’s 33rd head football coach in early 2020. He was previously head coach of Appalachian State, where he led the 20th-ranked Mountaineers to a 12-1 record and a Sun Belt Conference Championship.

 

WKYC-TV Lead Anchor and Managing Editor Russ Mitchell

Russ Mitchell, lead anchor and managing editor at WKYC-TV, graduated from the Missouri School of Journalism in 1982.

 

#MizzouMade Track and Field Alumna Karissa Schweizer

Karissa Schweizer is one of the most decorated athletes in Mizzou’s history. As a Tiger, Schweizer won the 2016 NCAA Division-I Cross Country Championships, and holds five other NCAA individual championship titles in track and field.

#MizzouMade Physician and Mizzou Basketball Alumnus Tajudeen “TJ” Soyoye, MD

Dr. Tajudeen “TJ” Soyoye played center on the Mizzou Men’s Basketball team from 1999-2001. After two years of professional basketball in Spain, Soyoye completed medical school and returned to Mizzou to complete his residency.

 

Chairman and CEO of Dow Inc. Jim Fitterling

Jim Fitterling, chairman and CEO of Dow Inc., serves as vice chair of the National Association of Manufacturers, and on the boards of the American Chemistry Council and U.S.-China Business Council.

 

ESPN SportsCenter Anchor John Anderson

John Anderson, ESPN SportsCenter anchor, began his broadcasting career at KOMU-TV. Since then, he has returned to Mizzou as Homecoming Grand Marshal in 2002 and spoke at the Missouri School of Journalism’s December 2007 graduation ceremony.

 

Actor and Producer Jon Hamm

Jon Hamm is an award-winning actor and producer and gained wide recognition as Don Draper in the AMC television series “Mad Men.” Since then, he has received 16 Primetime Emmy Award nominations for his performances in or production of “Mad Men,” “30 Rock” and “Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt.”
